About Rhodes Ranch
Since 1997, Rhodes Ranch has been known as an Oasis in the Southwest, welcoming everyone in our diverse community to participate in an active lifestyle.
A scenic, circular, two-mile path winding through Rhodes Ranch inspires biking, jogging, and walking. Along the path, many photo opportunities present themselves, such as where ducks and geese wander near the beautiful ponds.
Residents also enjoy the amenities of the 35,000 square foot Recreation Center. The main lobby features a fireplace, piano, and inviting overstuffed furniture, where many curl up with a book from the community library. Other recreational activities include table tennis, billiards, and crafts. A card room, kitchen, and other meeting areas are used by neighborhood groups and storytime activities.
The Recreation Center also houses a full-size basketball court, an aerobics/stretch room, racquetball courts, and a full workout area with state-of-the-art fitness equipment overlooking the outdoor pool area. Adjacent locker rooms and saunas make for a complete resort experience. These amenities are all located inside a climate-controlled environment for year-round family enjoyment.
Outdoor activities include tennis courts, basketball courts, and a sand volleyball court. Families enjoy the many grassy areas and playgrounds with rubber-mulched ground cover all year long. In the summer, residents keep cool at the swimming pool area, which includes cabanas, a large lagoon pool, three spas, a lap pool, and a water park featuring 16 slides.
The Rhodes Ranch 18-hole public golf course is masterfully designed with varying elevations, stunning city and mountain views, bunkers, water features, and rolling fairways that spread out over the 162-acre property. End an amazing day of golf at the Rhodes Ranch Grille, a restaurant and full bar, open to the public.
